# Terms of service

These terms govern your use of GetVeo3, an online service for generating videos with AI models. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. GetVeo3 is an independent service and is not affiliated with Google.

## Acceptable use

Do not create illegal content, sexual content involving minors, content that harasses, deceives about or impersonates real people without consent, or content that infringes the rights of others. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. The model provider's safety filters may also refuse a request.

## Your content

You keep the rights you have in your uploads. Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use the videos you generate for personal and commercial purposes. AI output can be inaccurate; review it before use. Veo videos carry Google's invisible SynthID watermark; do not try to remove it.

## Credits and payments

Generations are paid with credits shown before you generate. New accounts receive no free credits. Payments are processed by Stripe; subscriptions renew until cancelled.
